We're a boutique consulting firm (at the moment)

We're comfortable with change

Boutique also means that you're going to have an unpredictable day-to-day experience.  If you're nodding your head right now- you're probably a good fit.  A Fruition advisor may teach an ITIL class on Friday, consult with a client on the following Monday, and then pitch in on an implementation project for the rest of the week.  We have consultants who develop multi-year relationships with our biggest clients, and we have assessments that last only a few days.  We like it- it works for us.
