Process Consulting

Fruition Partners was founded as an IT Service Management consulting company.  We are ITIL certified, we are ITIL educators, and we have been since 2003. But our value does not lie in the academics of IT Service Management - you can get this from may sources for many prices, or you can look it up in an expensive book.

The key to process change is that you are not starting from scratch.  You are working on the engine of a speeding car.  Every change that you make will have ripple effects in your current workload.

So while it's all well and good to point at a whiteboard and say, "This is the perfect process", you can't use that information to improve.  This is where we come in.

ITSM Assessment

It is critical that our process experts understand your current state.  With our deep understanding of delivery and cloud tools, we can compress this process by performing a gap analysis with a common practice state.  Our assessment process is deisgned to get you moving quickly and with less expense than a traditional "deep dive" process assessment.  Click here to learn more about our ITIL Assessment service.

ITSM Consulting

Once an assessment is underway, our role shifts to one of active improvement and education.  We use a methodology which can be summed up as "Crawl, Walk, Run".  We establish momentum with project goals that can be measured in weeks or months instead of years.  We show progress at each stage to reinforce the project charter, and to gain additional support for later phases.  For more information, see the ITSM Consulting section.

Solutions

In some cases, there is such a tight relationship between process and tool that our implementation consultants and business analysts are focused in a particular subject matter area.  An example is CMDB and IT Asset Management (ITAM).  For ambitious programs, our Solutions team brings robust subject matter experience to bear on environments of all shapes and sizes.

CSI as a Service

This approach, unique to Fruition Partners, argues that the typical resource commitment of process consulting needs to be shifted from "up front" to "ongoing". With the original ITIL/ITSM Assessment as the starting point for ongoing process improvements, recommended improvements will be related specifically to each client environment and the needs of the business.  In order to get process improvements to stick, we need to continually assess and coach our key stakeholders.
