Our course covers all material specified in The ITIL® Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management Syllabus and prepares attendees to successfully achieve their Foundation certification. The exam is administered on the third afternoon.
Certification: Learners will be equipped to earn their ITIL ® Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management by achieving a passing score on a 60 minute, 40 question exam. Testing on final day of class.
Project Management Institute (PMI®) Professional Development Units: Project Management Professionals earn 18 PDUs upon completion of this course.
