March 2012 Fruits of the Month: Michele Dwyer and Shawn Roach

Michele - In case anyone hasn’t noticed, our new office is amazing….in large part due to the hard work and dedication of Michele Dwyer.  Her tireless efforts to ensure no touch was overlooked throughout the process has been clear in our practically perfect transition.  Boxes arrived, hot coffee waiting, TP in the stalls, kegs up and running – she was on all of it.  And if that wasn’t enough to earn her this recognition, she continues to act as one of our key “go to” resources for folks nationwide on all things Fru, making sure folks get directed to the right place or just pitching in to make sure things are taken care of.  Every organization needs a “Michele”…feeling pretty lucky we have the one we do!  Thanks for all you do, Michele!

Shawn - Over the past month, Shawn has supported the Atlantic region on Viacom, Prudential, Liz Claiborne, and FXCM, going above and beyond in every situation. Not only did he help with the issues like a rock star, but he did it with such cheerfulness, that it was truly an enjoyable experience for the team to work with him.  Shawn has also gone out of his way to ensure that new Fruits out east were able to take away the necessary training in order to be more effective Fruits in the future.  While this was pointed out by the east coast team, it is no different than anyone else’s experience working with Shawn.  Thanks for being such a team player, Shawn.
