Implementation is a core service offered by Fruition Partners that helps clients transition from their old IT management system into ServiceNow. There are two phases based on the state of the client’s ServiceNow instance.

• Phase 1: The initial setup of ServiceNow for a client. This involves enabling the client to sufficiently administer the tool by training client administrators in ServiceNow, configuring the core ServiceNow applications and preparing the client for initial Go-live.

• Phase 2: The delivery of additional applications to a client after ServiceNow is already in use. These services consist of configuration of value-add applications that were not considered in scope for the phase 1 ServiceNow rollout.
