Bomgar – Integration with Bomgar remote support can take your technical support to the next level.  Using this tool support technicians and end users can initiate secure, real-time support sessions for any platform of computer or mobile device regardless of location. These sessions can be started directly from an incident request form or the users’ ServiceNow support portal, allowing for the capture of key information.
