To complement our consulting services, we have partnered with ITSM Academy, an international training firm fully accredited by EXIN and APMG to provide the complete range of ITIL courses from v2 Foundations to v3 Service Manager.

Our consultants are ITSM Academy accredited trainers that offer both training expertise and practical ITIL knowledge as consultants. This combination of business acumen, project management discipline, ITIL implementation experience, and training proficiency make our implementations successful.


Your education curriculum needs to be as unique as your business, your culture, and your objectives. Fruition Partners will work with your management team to define the proper level of working sessions, roundtables, certified training, and awareness campaigns. The following are just a few examples of how we tailor our ITIL education services.

Custom Content: Before any education program we seek to understand where your organization is on their ITIL implementation journey. This means students not only understand ITIL concepts, but also understand management goals. Examples of how we customize content include:

  • Assess your organization’s current ITIL maturity
  • Integrate the history, culture, and objectives of the organization into our education plan
  • Augment our accredited training materials with your organizations' objectives, terminology, resources, and background

Audience Specific: We understand that not all training is applicable to all levels of staff and management. Assuming that not everyone requires certification, we can completely customize course materials to target specific skills (e.g. Change Management) or broaden the perspective (e.g. Why ITIL?). Example sessions include:

  • Executive Roadmap Session facilitated by ITIL luminaries
  • Management Roundtables for mitigating ITIL operational problems
  • Staff communication campaign for ITIL awareness

Flexible Schedule: Time out for training means less time for work to get done. We can create a training approach that minimizes staff absence while increasing retention. Our courses can be taught over several days, on-site and during the hours that are least obtrusive to your operations. This means staff can still participate in daily activities and apply their training knowledge on the job, from day 1.

  • Foundations certification course distributed over 5 days (normally 3 full days)
