CEO and Founder of Fruition Partners, Marc brings 20 years of consulting and IT Service Management experience to the company. For nearly a decade he worked with international consulting companies like Accenture and Deloitte servicing Fortune 500 companies. Throughout this time he developed IT Service Management methodologies and implemented practical solutions for clients across industries.
Since 2003 Marc has worked to develop Fruition Partners as a cloud integration and services firm that combines its practical ITIL service offerings with evolving customer needs. Marc has a degree from Illinois Wesleyan University in Computer Science, Mathematics and Business Administration. Additionally he is a certified ITIL Service Manager and accredited instructor.
When not being a Fruit at work, Marc's a Fruit with his family of 5 integrating clouds using crayons.

As the co-founder of Fruition Partners, Patrick brings 15 years of experience in Information Technology with a primary focus on asset management, process re-engineering, data presentation, and user interface design. He began his UI work designing interactive experiences at Trade Marketing Group, and later at his own consultancy. He officially joined Fruition Partners in 2004, guiding large-scale ITSM and CMDB implementations for Fortune 500 companies while managing the company’s business development outreach.
Patrick is a subject matter expert in the areas of ServiceNow, Asset Management, CMDB, Software Lifecycle Management, Content Management, and User Interface. His B.A. is from the University of Notre Dame, he is ITIL v3 Foundation certified, and he is a PMP certified Project Manager. In his off hours he performs improv comedy at the world-famous iO Theater in Chicago, where he serves on the artistic committee. He also likes sailing, bicycling, and reading, but not at the same time.

Joe joined Fruition Partners in Q311 as Director of Operations. Joe has more than 15 years of experience in Executive Management roles within the software industry. His recent employment history includes VP of Sales and Operations for AddOns, Inc. (Littleton, CO), Director of Professional Services at Configuresoft (recently acquired by EMC/VMare) (Colorado Springs, CO) and Manager of Education for Quest Software (Alisa Viejo, CA). Joe has successfully transformed several professional services organizations into world class business units that supported the software communities’ needs while exceeding the company’s business and financial goals and maintaining customer expectations and satisfaction. This experience includes managing all day to day operations of a professional services organization while increasing top line and bottom line sales activities to support growth in all areas (consulting services and training).
Joe holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Speech and Communication from Portland State University, Portland. He is an avid runner and completes several half marathons and full marathon each running season.

Katie Michalski, Director of Implementations at Fruition Partners, brings 10+ years of project management experience in the Health Care and Information Technology industries. Katie has successfully facilitated cross-functional teams in the achievement of planned goals such as new product launches for well established companies, such as Abbott Laboratories, and ITIL best practices implementations for a Fortune 500 Financial Institution. Katie specializes in enterprise size ServiceNow implementations understanding the critical success factors needed to coordinate process and system changes. Katie holds a B.A. from University of Illinois at Urbana/Champaign and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
In her free time, Katie loves taking obscure, fun classes. She has taken multiple glass blowing classes, a trapeze class, a luge class and eventually wants to try out for the tv show, Wipeout!

Daniel Dubay, Director of Managed Services at Fruition Partners, brings over 10 years of experience in the Information Technology industry with a primary focus on project management, training, and customer support. His resume includes companies such as KPMG and Lincoln Financial Group. Dan’s main responsibilities at Fruition Partners involve overseeing full end-to-end support and relationship management of all Managed Services clientele. He holds an MBA from Indiana Wesleyan University and is ITIL V3 Foundations certified.
An outdoor enthusiast, Dan enjoys golf, tennis, softball leagues, playing fetch in Chicago's dog parks with his golden retriever, Brodie, and spending summers on his boat in Indiana.

Chris Dauw has not supplied a bio yet, because he is too busy building innovative cloud-based tools for our appreciative blue-chip clients. Here is a placeholder bio:
Chris Dauw was born at a very early age. At 13, he invented the can opener. Later, he served as Secretary of Health and Human Services under President Gerald Ford. Two of the moons of Saturn are named after Chris.
In his spare time, Chris enjoys beekeeping and organic chemistry.

Tom holds PMP, CSM, CSP, and ITILv3 certifications and has over 15 years of experience in information technology. He has held various positions in application development, IT management, and software delivery. Before joining Fruition Partners, Tom managed the largest Microsoft implementation of their ITSM product SCSM at the Tribune Company and spent several years as a technical lead in the agile delivery of large application development efforts for companies like Echo Global Logistics, TTX Company and UGL Equis. Tom also has a software development background and has engineered solutions for clients like Ameritech, GTE, Verizon, Allstate, and SBC.
Tom has interests in MMA training, is a musician and music producer. He enjoys spending time with his two daughters cooking and playing music.

Gerry Geddes is a business process specialist focusing on Business and IT Alignment and Organizational Change Management. Gerry has extensive experience as a consultant, conference speaker and educator and has a BA from York University in Toronto. He has been an ITIL Master since 2000 and ITIL Expert 2011, as well as founding Chair of ITSMF Canada. Gerry has managed large IT projects, run IT Divisions and has provided ITSM implementation consulting and education to many Fortune 500 IT leaders globally. He is known for his practical approach to successful delivery of ITSM process and services.
Gerry's past positions include the global Director of Service Delivery for Pink Elephant International as well a Country Manager for Quint Wellington Redwood North America.
In his free time, Gerry enjoys hiking and fishing with his golden retriever, Chelsea.

Heidi’s role focuses on attracting, developing and retaining top talent amid our explosive growth. As we continue to position ourselves as the premier cloud integrator in the marketplace, she is ensuring our highly talented workforce is overly satisfied with their experience at Fruition Partners. Previously, Heidi worked at Morningstar, Inc., one of the Fortune 100 Best Places to Work. Holding a variety of roles throughout her tenure, Heidi managed a number of core competencies in the area of human resources, such as talent acquisition, organizational strategy, performance management and compensation administration - spearheading innovative, yet practical, initiatives for the largest division in the organization. Prior to Morningstar, she worked at Accenture, specializing in executive and entry level recruiting. Heidi started her career doing analysis and HR administration at The Financial Relations Board.
An avid Detroit sports fan, Heidi holds a Bachelor’s degree from The University of Michigan and enjoys spending her free time with her husband and 3 children.

Dan is a Certified Public Accountant and a Certified Financial Planner. Dan spent eight years in various Finance and Accounting positions at Sears Holdings Corporation, his last position as Controller of Sears International Marketing. Dan was most recently a Sr. Advisor at Balasa Dinverno Foltz LLC, a private wealth management firm specializing in comprehensive financial planning and investment management. Dan worked the last four years advising clients on estate planning, tax saving strategies, and investment solutions.
Dan has completed numerous half marathons, two full marathons and competed in the World Series of Poker. He is a father of triplets and always looks forward to coaching his children’s baseball and softball teams in the spring.
